The is the second time we’ve used Greg. First time was for our home purchase, this time for a refinance. Greg is a pleasure to work with. He got us the best possible rate, worked with us to eliminate our PMI and minimize fees/closing costs. He’s so easy to work with. He and his team do all the heavy lifting while providing constant updates and clarifications on the process. Greg is great, very responsive. I was a first time buyer with loads of questions and Greg was always patient but quick to answer them. When looking to make an offer, he’d quickly give me a rundown of the exact amount I’d be putting out and other figures to help me decide. He even responds when he’s on vacation! He was recommended to me and I recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage lender for anything.

Growing up is a hard thing to do alone. Making the first step towards buying a home is a challenging one. I received Greg's name through a few of my associates. Also checked a few reviews on here. I was able to reach out to him and get some information on what I was going to need to do to get the ball rolling on getting into my first home as fast as I could. With the hard work from Greg and his team, and a few of there references as well, I was able to find a home and hit closing in less than 60 days. It takes a village for this process, when trying to get all of the pieces moving, and Greg is a great chief.

We purchased our home in June of 2018 and with the economy slumping Greg keep an eye on things for us and reached out when the rates were better. He was able to get us a REFI saving us thousands of dollars overall and lowered our monthly payment.
I've already referred friends from work and would refer anyone that is interested in Mortgage advice.

Greg reaches out to me back a few months ago regarding refinancing our home. We had only been in our home for about a year and I was a little hesitant bc it was so soon. Greg was great during this process because even though we had only been in our house a year he assured us this was the right thing because of how low the rates were. Everything went smooth and we were able to have all meetings via video chat and he was there to answer any questions we had. With the refinance we’re saving nearly $200 a month which is pretty significant especially during this time. I appreciate Greg thinking of us and keeping us in mind to help us in any way possible!!!
