Finding Jen was truly a Hail Mary for us in buying our first home. Prior to working with her at Annie Mac we had an existing pre approval with another company. With less than 48 hours to spare before our dream house hit the market, we reached out to her to talk about the Cash2Keys program, and she had us approved and in the process of underwriting the very next day- even working late on her birthday to run numbers with me and break down every nook and cranny of what can be an overwhelming process. Because of her we were able to close on our dream home within 19 days. She was communicative, patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. Jennifer DeLuca, was amazing to work with. She knows the ins and outs of the industry. She walks you through every step and will take her time answering all of your questions. She wants to understand your motivations and works hard to meet your goals and has the ability to be creative in a solution that works specifically for you. On top of all of that she is personable and fun to work with. I would hugely recommend her if you are looking for a mortgage.
