Amanda always took the time to make sure I understood everything in the documents she sent me. She also always answered calls from me about questions I had at whatever hour of the day which was really helpful with my work schedule.

The only negative is I was confused on some of the details of where the file actually was in the process. Had thought it was at chfa much earlier than it actually was so it was frustrating to learn it wasn’t where we thought it was.
