I have to be honest here. Amanda is a great person! She really went the extra mile for me and I know a lot of it was because there were so many times the ball was dropped or we had some miscommunication. However, she was very accountable, she did her absolute best to fix it and make it right. She did whatever she could to make sure I was able to close on the home that I deserved. I endured A LOT of unpleasantries and things that no one could explain reasons why things that should have worked, did not. I was disappointed a lot with the process but I was overall satisfied with Amanda and how she was so sweet, genuine and eager to help. I couldn’t imagine that having any other person on my side would’ve been so passionate about getting me to the finish line! So although my closing process was the worst experience for me and many others were appalled by my story. Amanda was great and I wish her all the best!
