Mike was awesome, there were times when the stakes were high and so was the stress. Mike did a wonderful job at settling down my anxieties by explaining why things were certain ways during the loan processing. Some of us need more info to be comfortable, and make educated me!

When making an out of state purchase and transactions are taking place pretty Much virtually, Steven and his colleagues made these procedures very comfortable. Amanda and the team of AnnieMac alongside my relator Deysy did an amazing job in helping me through this process as a first time home buyer. They handled all the hassle that came with purchasing a HUD property which and I did not have to deal with the seller at all. They also helped me get the best loans for me to not have to bring so much money to the closing table :-) I ended up paying less than $5k at closing with all fees included!! Thank you so much for everything! I am happy :-)
