Buying a house is super stressful and our situation was very unique. From start to finish this process was amazing. Our experience with Annie Mac from the start of our loan officer Greg walking us through the beginning process informing us of every detail of our loan to then meeting our loan processor Steve. He began the process and kept us informed through every detail along the way. He explained where we always were in the process. He answers your call and emails and takes pride in making sure you are comfortable with what is happening. The constant updates and emails were appreciative. We never had to figure out what was going to be the next step because Steve was already informing us. Our team was great and we truly felt like wow people care enough to help get someone to the next step in their lives. Our course we have to do what’s asked of us but it’s nice for someone to know what a difference they had made for us. Thank you Steve and Greg and all of Annie Mac who were involved in creating a great experience for us.

From the start of this transaction my client was working with another lender. We were not able to get in touch with them in a timely manor in order to get our offer submitted in time. I told my client about my Lender partner Greg and how we would be able to get the needed docs asap. We called Greg (who was on vacation) and sure enough he answered and within just a few mins we got her pre approved and ready to roll. The second we went under contract Gregs team got to work right away. Stephen was our loan originator and just like Greg, he was always available when needed and quick to respond! Stephen and Greg are top notch! I cant say enough amazing things about this team.
