Jeff was great through and through. He was communicative, understanding, and always had the right answers to our questions. I can't speak highly enough of Jeff and I must say he is a very strong asset for any team he is on. The only problems I had came at the beginning of the underwriting phase, Valentina McBride had forwarded my paystub and other personal info to an unknown third party and to this day has still not returned my calls, apologized or explained why she sent out my info.

This process was streamlined in the best way possible and Jeff took the time to explain where we were at certain intervals.
